What about if my knee cap is floating to the lateral and I have knee pain in the front? Is it simply about strengthening the medial muscles and stretching the lateral? Or is there something else to try that wouldn’t be a negative if it didn’t treat the main issue?

if a bursa is holding excessive fluid, will balancing quad/glute activity have any effect on the excess fluid? any way other than aspiration to remove the bubble of fluid on a kneecap?

Hey dr what should someone with a burst bursa on the knee petela do to treat? Not much pain but the bursa deff burst. Odd but it seems much better than when it was swollen thanks for your thoughts.
