I’m learning so much from you. I thought my dog (3month silver lab) was dumb... turns out his trainer (me) was the problem.

It looks so easy with such a calm puppy. I wish to see „leave it” lesson with more active dog, like mine😁

In my opinion, this is a vital skill for any puppy or dog to have. Not only is it for safety (stop them from eating things, or chasing things), but it also helps to build impulse control. And it's so versatile, to help with many different behavioral issues. ❤️❤

This video can literally save lives: Super thankful for this info, Zak - had to bring my new puppy to the vet today (she's fine now, but it was a bad allergic reaction to an insect sting). Vet said these reactions can be fatal if left untreated, so, "Leave It!" is a true life-saver! (The accident happened whilst the pup was on a loose long-leash on the garden lawn and I was looking at it, but suddenly, it snapped at an UFO (unknown flying insect-object). A few minutes later: vomiting, excessive drooling and coughing. Here, the mastery of "Leave It!" - formed into a habit applicable to leaving flying objects alone - could have avoided the mishap.)

Omg I’m watching this over and over again. I have 6 month old puppy I just started walking and is picking up everything he sees. I will be using this technique for sure. I sent the owner this video I also do the look at me and works all the time. Thank you so much.

Definitely the most realistic on how a dog would react when they see something they really want. Thank you.

Thank you so much for explaining in that simple way to open my eyes to train my 3 month old puppy. All your demos are extremely helpful to understand how to teach my puppy.

Your videos are a real help for me, thank you for making them.I recently adopted a 2 year old dog and I'm having a hard time training her for obvious reasons(she was a stray and she's an adult already), and I love the positive training you are using and how you explain everything so well. We already conquered many issues and I will keep watching your videos for help. ^^

Solid lesson!  Can you make a video for people past the puppy stage?  Especially without constant food/treats - I'm so sick of cutting up turkey lol.  Also, I feel like my dog knows perfect English when I have food, but then chooses to ignore me if I don't have food.  Thanks for your awesome videos!

Amazing video! It's what I needed to get my beagle to "the next level". She is amazing indoors but the time we get outside it seems she has never took a training session. Loved it! Absolutely one of my favorites!

this is wonderful. My 70lb 1yo rescue almost breaks my arm during walks in new places. This really helped remind me that I just need to break it down for her and reward her for what I want! Thank you!

I love your videos! Really takes some stress off of getting a new puppy! Could you consider making a video about how to get rid of your dogs fear of stairs? It would be so helpful!

Honestly this is so like educational for like my soul. Ive been looking up videos on things i was never able to teach my previous dogs at my parents house and this is really showing me the flaws in how i tried to show them.

Thank you for making this video. I have a puppy and she is just like yours. I’ve realized you need a lot of patience and places makes a lot of difference to them even if they have been taught. For instance my puppy knows the sound of me saying No but gets excited wen she sees New objects and forgets all about it.
