What is the hook that you are using for the creature bait? I've never used T-stops, I usually carry some tooth picks and push them through the bait and the eye of the hook and then cut them flush. I will have to try the other. Thank you for the tips.

Interesting lesson. I have always used bobber stops and they slide up and down, constant adjustment needed. MDJ did a vid on using two to make a on the go quick Carolina rig, that I thought was great, until I tried to make it work. I guess if you use thick line or braid it works well. I keep looking at T stops and have been afraid they will pinch and abrade the line causeing a weak point. After this I think I need to give them a try.

Sometimes I appy too much super glue n it works its way around my fluorocarbon knot. Does locktite super glue gel weaken seaguar abrazx or any flourocarbon for that matter?
