Answer: MBA. Remember it takes time to amass wealth. So this top 10 is whatever worked 20-40 years ago. These are not necessarily the best degrees to maximise money rn.

MBA is literally Business (e.g. Nr. 4). Master in Business Admin.

I don't accept just one engineering degree if business, management and commerce are separate

I've heard a lot of people say that if they drop out of college they'll become rich but the truth is that a very small percentage of the people who are millionaires have dropped out. They didn't succeed because they dropped out, the dropped out because they were confident in their idea and were will to risk their education for success. Most of the people who are rich have finished their education.

Most common thing among all millionaires have is a college degree. Very few dropout millionaires or millionaires who never went to college. Further proof college is not a scam, it’s what you make it

I think self-made millionaires is a better statistic. Business and Economics are the classical degrees of someone who is born in a rich family and just gets a degree that will teach them to keep their wealth.

What would be more interesting is what percentage of each major are millionaires

Most billionaires started their lives as millionaire babies with exceptional connections to the corporate world and to the higher ups in the government.

I feel like a lot of people also forget that when people count engineering majors that’s like an entire school at most universities. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a general engineering major so the statistic is likely inflated. Its like saying liberal arts major

Whoever made this listing never went to college. If you separate all the majors from business school—such as business, commerce, finance, and MBA—you should also separate all the types of engineering and the various fields of law.

What separates the millionaire from billionaire. Is one that improves the business, versus one that builds a business. Lot of millionaires, very few billionaires

Consequence =/= cause

MBAs can cost well over €100K, so it’s not surprising that many who take them either are or are on their way to becoming millionaires.
