⅔ cup (133 g) granulated sugar
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour - measured by weight with a kitchen scale or with the spoon-and-level method
1 tsp (6 g) salt
5 tbsp (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (90 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (90 g) white chocolate chips
