I knew from the start what Eugene was up to, I knew exactly what was going to happen. Usually I hate when they make them go overboard when faking it, sometimes for no damn reason, like Dom in fate of the furious. But now that I think of it, here it works out perfectly, because Negan is very smart, so Eugene had to be serious about it, and it worked.
