Leaving Max was the best thing Chloe could ever do for Ava. She will never regret that decision and Ava will 100% support her when she's older. My dad was abusive in so many ways. My mom tried to involve him in our lives and he just hurt me even more than I already was. I hate him now and I want nothing to do with him ever again. In my mind, I don't have a dad.

chloe’s mom was always right about him, he was doing drugs, charged with credit card fraud, ODing every other day, going as far as to hitting his own baby. she knew from the start he was never going to change, even his own father put him in his place because both of them know the behaviors of an addict.
