It depends on the location. At my office zone in bangsar many of foreigners they dresses lightly. Also at petaling street.

Actually I more surprise some Japanese wear less clothes in winter, especially the girls with ultra short skirts. But visiting Malaysian in Tokyo in December wear like visiting Russia.

Malaysians either spend time at home, in the car, or malls. Never in the outdoors unless you’re freaking physically active. Oh wait, nvm.. usually we go to the indoor gym to exercise. 😂😂
