Ingredients:
Cut of steak
3 eggs
White rice
Black pepper
soy sauce
oyster sauce
Baking soda
Garlic
Green onion
Butter

Steps:
1. add 3 egg yolk into cold cooked white rice and mix it
2. Add black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and baking soda to steak. Let it set for 30 sec and pan fry it for 2-3 mins. Then remove and set aside
3. In the same pan, add white parts of the green onion, lots of garlic and saute for 30 sec then add in egg whites. Scramble everything tog and then add in rice and soy sauce. Sauté 2-3 mins before adding in butter, green onion, and steak. Sauté on high heat for another 1-2 mins
