Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. For is. eating whole-food plant-based is a big part of it! Our goal is to "Die Young...As Late as possible!" You can use a teaspoon to peel ginger. Less waste 😉💞

Using a spoon to scrape the skin off the ginger reduces a lot of waste..

My 70yr old Chinese neighbour literally just told me to start this a few weeks ago when I was having bad bloating cramps 😂 wow

She suggested to drink it warm though. Otherwise you can upset the balance of good bacteria in stomach.

I need some ginger in my life now 😂i've been starting everyday with elderberry syrup for an immune boost and loving it. I flavored it with cacao so it tastes a little bit like choc syrup. 😀

You need to eat foods that grow in your place of residence, these foods are natural adaptogens. I live in the northern region of the globe and we do not grow ginger, as it is a heat-loving plant. Are there any northern analogues of ginger?
