I made this and liked it quite a bit. The ginger and cayenne is spicy but with the flavors of the orange pineapple and lime it goes really well. I like those flavors anyway. The cayenne didn't change much for me. I didn't have coconut water and didn't add anything extra or have a food processor but it came out fine. I ended up straining mine after seeing if I could stand the fibers but preferred not to chew and spit out. Delicious quick and healthy! I only made a small amount to try and drank it all so I'll be making more.

Update: I've been making it ever since. I tried it with Ceylon cinnamon today and forgot the pineapple but it was still good.
