Welcome to FITMAS 2018! :D

Day 1 is Lower Body. Let's jump into it!

Every workout this year is done in a circuit (meaning you perform one exercise after the other) completing the entire circuit 4x through.

DAY 1:
-Squats
-Walking Lunges
-Step Ups to Reverse Lunges
-Single Leg Hip Thrusts
-Sumo Squats

Amount of reps for each move is found in the video.

**Step Ups can be performed on your steps at home! You do not need a bench
