Mooring Analysis

The effects of Mooring chain induced seabed corrosion is often under estimated. As the trench is created by the catenary shape it will assume a similar shape. The catenary principle is based on the gradual laydown of chain length. This principle is undermined in case of seabed trenching with significant fatigue impact.
