I just have this disgusting campign I am playing Hellebron and all the major factions refused to confederate even if I was 1st strenght No military alliance and they refused to confederate until they were wiőed out, so now I have to fakin revive them it is so frustrating

I had the case with my Malus campaign that I had to treathen Morathi who lost everything against the high elf and she was on the verge of dying just to confederate her but if i didn't press the THREAT button she refused to be saved lol. I think that confederation is great but not everything is worth the confederation, like Hellebron doesnt not provide sexy bonuses to your faction apart the small slave economy buff, she is not really worth it. I tried with Malus to confederate her, she declare war on me and Malekith. I give her peace, but she was still threathened by Malekith, so I had to save here by giving her settlments in the chaos wastes north. It was defenitely not worth the pain.

Generally speaking, wouldnt the millitary alliance + request army always outweigh the faction strength buff due to allying?

if u have military alliance u still can borrow one army and then confederate?

I feel like one of the rewards for confederating should be unrestricted access to units and leader mechanics, like if you manage to recruit Grom you get his units and Cooking pot

How do you start a Confederation
Context: I play Archaeon the Everchosen & Count Noctulis amongst my friends. Newer player to total war but i remember a video of a guy Playing Archaeon Confederating a Legendary lord in less then 10 turns. and i wanna know how i START a Confederation (Preferably as Archaeon but in any method works)
