"Heading in to a recession"? Guys, we have been in a recession for a while, our government just won't admit it. I've been selling (retail, wholesale, ) for nearly 40 years and what I see in pricing and decreased sales is scary. We might as well settle in, this economy is not going to get better any time soon.

I remember losing my mind with truck prices in 2015/2016, when new chevrolet trucks would be around $45, 000 - $55, 000 for fully loaded options. I just kept thinking that was too expensive for a truck. Now, I'd buy that in a heartbeat compared to these new prices

I noticed the '23 pricing went online last Monday (10/10) and as soon as it did I never once saw the Rattler option! Agreed, these prices are getting insane yet people keep paying!

I specd a 2022 last week in lariat for for 50. Now starting price for a 2023 lariat is 57. Was really gonna order one but 7k increase in just one model year killed it for me

Full size trucks at heavy duty prices. Can’t wait to see new HD truck prices.

This is the Davos way. They don't want you to own anything anymore, so they make it super expensive. Then you can only rent stuff and be happy about it.

Andre you’re the man! First truck I went on to build was a single cab f150 with the 5.0 as well!

Here in the northeast there are Ram 1500 classics on the lot. The strange thing is that there aren’t any Warlock crew cabs to be found. I can’t think of a worse time to be a buyer looking for a full size truck. With every day that passes I am more convinced to wait until the auto industry crashes and burns due to high financing rates.

I can’t stand how they give an option but then take it away when you choose something else or tell you that you can’t get it unless you get stuff that you either don’t want or need which always makes what you trying to order cost more than it should it’s almost like they know that if they don’t force you to order it a certain way not enough people would buy half of the crap that they are selling

Roman says price of trucks is getting out of control. Then goes and buys a 115k hummer and then complains that it doesnt have an auto up. why don’t you guys start doing videos on trucks that the everyday person can afford.

I'm interested to see which car manufacturer goes out of business first.

As a truck driver of 29 yrs for McDonald's, the sign for hire is not because our sales are great, it's because nobody wants to work. As of this month we have stopped all hiring for drivers and warehouse. I see the case count that goes in my trailer, trust me it's not going up. I, m in California and our governor is trying to pass 22hr for 2023 for fast food workers. I see Rocky times coming.

New trucks are getting soo expensive, that in the near future you'll have to finance one for 15 years like a house just to pay it off.

I ordered a Rattler with Powerboost on 8/23. I’m glad I didn’t wait longer I guess. It is in production this week

One thing I noticed building. F150 yesterday is that the Co pilot assist is gone. I called ford and they informed me that a number of features are not offered due to chip shortage. The 2022 models had more to offer than the 2023s.
