I'm an American, but Slavic in bloodline. I opened my fridge to realize I have both mayonnaise and sour cream (and no ketchup). I had a homemade breakfast sammich in front of me and added mayo to one half and sour cream to the other, they were both excellent in different ways. I feel like Boris might enjoy Mexican Esquite and Elote. It is literally just corn and mayonnaise, one in a cup with mayonnaise as the milk with corn as the ceral, and the other corn on a stick slathered in mayonnaise. Both have cheese, chili powder, and lime, of course. Maybe some butter.

I'm not Slavic but I also love mayonnaise. I'm a very picky eater and have keep trying new things and still struggle with some textures. But sour cream and mayonnaise is good. :)
