Crush garlic, olive oil salt and butter. Spread over the bread. Bake for 15 min at 380F. For dip - 1 part mayo, 1 part sour cream, crushed garlic, fresh dill. Unbelievable delicious 🤤

I'm Polish, we do this too, but my dad always added more spices to boost our immune systems. My dad let the bread ferment in fermented ginger, then he baked it like this. So it was gingerbread, tasted amazing.
