There are so few comments and half of em seemed confused. The video isn't suggesting shes above the law. Its saying this cop was randomly pulling people over for no reason, just fishing.

She was driving a government vehicle with a government-issued tag. That alone should have been a clue to the police officer that this was not the vehicle to pull over. Unless you was speeding or driving recklessly, that vehicle is legal to be driven because it's owned by the government itself. This pig was just fishing trying to find some reason to pull somebody over, and I hope you got fired or demoted. And have pension taken away.
