I tried all three of these and 1st of all they were in fact really fast and easy to make, especially if you precut everything at the beginning of the week. I have a newborn and family of 6 so I needed something fast and delicious. I paired the chili and the greek chicken with different styles of riced cauliflower and WOW! I will be adding these to my regular rotation.

I’ve done the first recipe using chicken and then again using shrimp. Both ways are so delicious. Just did the chili, and it is amazing! Sweet potatoes totally replace the beans. I added some tomato paste to thicken it up a bit, but your recipe is top notch either way. Thanks for posting such a great video!
