Dear Sir, apparently the part 3 of this series is missing and other parts too. Your site also is not working very well. How can we access this usefull information? Can you guide us?

I used alcohol to dampen down social anxiety but it stopped working I’d have to blackout to escape the anxiety, I quit drinking nearly 4 years ago but I still have anxiety socially, I find it very hard to be around people as I tend to get into conflict with them, I’m on duloxetine for it but it doesn’t really work, I’ve tried therapy but it was only a money pit ..

Thank you for your informative videos. I was just wondering if anxiety is due atleast in part to an overactive DMN, do we know why drugs such as benzos and SSRIs or natural remedies like ashwaganda help at least gain some control of the condition? There's no doubt these things help but if they don't get to the cause, it seems that we need to be doing more as described in the video. It's like we could be taking these things for years but DMN is still festering away and overactive. Thank you :-)
