Yes, I love sourdough breads 🍞 after retirement of 30 years as a cake decorator at Publix, I learned to bake sourdough, chibatta, pita etc... from YouTube videos

Those of us with gut issues, i.e., IBS, etc., all eat sourdough. Delicious.

My 4th generation Traditional Chinese Med doc/Phd cancer researcher recommended if I was going to eat bread, only sourdough. So I learned to back sourdough 💛 love to add caraway seed, sometimes chilis and garlic cloves for savory variation.

Interesting. Just today I ate a sandwich with sourdough bread. Usually when I eat regular bread I get congestion and start sneezing. But nothing happened when I ate sourdough.

Yes! I've taught myself how to make a mean loaf of sourdough, and we no longer experience digestive issues. Game changer! So thankful, now we can enjoy a Philly or burger without gut distress

There’s a bakery in Miami that will send anywhere.
Breads made with ancient Einkorn and Kalmut and fermented. Dr. Sebi who is not alive is the person the bakery follows

I definitely do love sourdough bread, even sour dough, cinnamon bars, and sourdough doughnuts, especially when they’re homemade.

Yes! Sourdough is fantastic! I’m hooked on perfecting my spelt sourdough loaf. Each week, I tweak it to make it a little better than the last one. I’ve upped my game by freshly milling the grain before making bread. It's such a rewarding process knowing I’m feeding my loved ones the healthiest bread they could eat. Those are impressive results from the study you are referencing. Thanks for sharing!

Yes! Around 7-8 years ago, I noticed that every time I at bread, pasta, crackers…etc. I had crazy heart palpitations! I gave all that up, but one day was really craving a sandwich and ordered one on sourdough! No reactions!!

Store bought bread (including commercial sourdough) makes me sick but I LOVE bread. I began making sourdough breads 5 years ago. I ferment breads with various flours, pumpkin, yams, beets, barley, rolled oats, carmelized onions, olives, cheese - no recipes required once you figure out how it should feel. It's just routine now and has changed my life. And you don't gain weight because it is so filling and satisfying you only need a slice or two.
