The most important factor in Idli and Dosa is the batter.
The only way to get the best Idli and Dosa is to have perfectly fermented batter.
I used to have a hard time getting the perfect batter especially when you have central AC and it is on 24/7. Most of the time it would not ferment and rise enough in 8/10 hours. Sometimes it would be perfect.
Ever since I started using Instant pot, it is perfect all the time
Here are steps:
• Make batter
• Pour into Instant Pot Container
• Select Yogurt
• After 8hrs Batter is fermented perfectly
• So easy to make.
• Soak Urad Dal
• Grind and Make batter
• Pour into Instant Pot Container
• Select Yogurt
• After 8hrs Batter is fermented perfectly
• So easy to make.
