I miss listening to Paul Harvey w/ my dad (R.I.P.) on his old A.M. radio in his workshop! Paul Harvey was a great orator; my dad wanted my brothers and I to stay grounded and knew "The rest of the story" was a great way to hear it! Thanks for sharing, Van! :)

I grew up as a teenager listening to Paul Harvey even in high school . In Government class the teacher would always have Paul Harvey on the radio in his class at 11:30 am everyday if we wanted to listen. I thank you for having these shows on you channel . I loved hearing Paul Harvey when I was young. And I heard the one "if I were the devil..." I need to go back and listen to it.I was too young to remember it.
To dismiss the Word of God is A mistake, for when we are deceived or need guidance, we can go to the word of God and it will shine light on the truth.and that is what we stand on, The word of God. There may be many names for "God" but we are not all talking about the same God. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh into the Father, but by me.
John 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. He that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. Though I loved to hear Paul Harvey he's not speaking for God. That's what the Bible does it speaks for God .

In the 80's and 90's I used to go out to my truck for lunch . And listen to Paul Harvey, because of looking for work I've been Coast to Coast. Heck even pick strawberries so I could have gas money. Mr. Harvey was my friend everywhere I went. Lots of good memories in my old truck listening to my stock am radio with the speaker in the middle of the dashboard. Thanks Van
