Also, its hard to trust her "after" picture since its clearly photoshoped. Madonna is known for heavily retouching her pics. I would trust it more if it was from a photographer in an event.

My theory is that her bacterial infection was caused by her cheeks or butt surgery and she’s had both removed or reduced .

I thought the same, the buccal fat removal, but when you look back her 00’s pics, she always had hollowed cheek 🤷🏻 So Im not too sure if it was surgery or simply dissolve fillers in those areas

She loves shock factor. She liked the crazy look she’d have for a minute. The swelling went down and viola! Also, she’s been doing Pilates for many years so the losing weight part is not an issue. I ❤ Madonna!

So relieved that her face wasn't permanently botched. She looks amazing! I will happily eat my words that her plastic surgeon deserved to have their license revoked and jail time. This surgeon deserves an award! I wonder if Madonna used the same surgeon who did Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles face lift. Her face-lift was also an absolute work of art. 😍😂
