Thank you for that! You don't have to love Madonna or her art but she has earned respect. She's been working hard for 40 years and she's not gonna stop any time soon. And it's her right to get any plastic surgery or procedure. Her body, her choice.

The issue with this is things like this presents unattainable standards. People want to bitch about beauty standards but "don't wanna disrespect Madonna." People like Madonna are why many of these standards happen. Discussing what could be the case isn't disrespect.
