I'm always stuck between "people can do what they want" and "wow these people are making a mockery of themselves and their bodies." I just hope they heal from whatever dysmorphia they experience and find peace.

First woman looks more like a Bratz doll than a Barbie doll

About the huge eyes. As an ex-cosplayer, I've seen contacts that have huge irises and somehow physically widen the eyes, too. Then you get creative with the makeup. White directly around your eyes and strategically put fake lashes can do wonders. Then there's good lighting and photo editing. All of these things look pretty iffy (and often cakey and cheap) irl, especially when you can see the model's real lashes peaking through the drawn on extended eye whites.
Honestly, I can believe the last 2 girls haven't had any plastic surgery but are instead close and intimate with Photoshop.

It's the fact that Barbie doesn't even look like that😢😢❤

As someone with intense chronic pain I can’t imagine choosing to go through so much pain by choice 🤦🏻‍♀️

They may have some form of progressive body dysmorphia where people get increasingly critical of their appearance, and having procedures done actually increases that. When you “fix” one thing, you start to notice another, etc.

as for Ukrainian girls - Anastasia had rinoplasty done (she couldn't breathe normally and the tip of her nose didn't look well), the rest is just a heavy makeup + photoshop. Valeria also uses photoshop and filters generously and this led to wide discussions in Russian speaking part of the net in 2010s (cause she looked differently in every picture)

First woman: I wonder why any doctor would continue to provide procedures for someone this extreme? She needs to get some psychiatric treatment for body image issues!

Anastasia Shpagina is actually very open about her rhinoplasty and how her plastic surgeon has actually botched her nose causing her trouble breathing. The original video mixes her old and recent photos, I believe in the heavy makeup younger looking type of photos she doesn't have any procedures done to her face yet, just a little photoshop and, as I said previously, lots of makeup

First of all, someone should convince the first Barbie to consult with a psychotherapist.

The first woman was so pretty before she started all this. So sad that woman are doing all this now a days.

Someone give that first woman an actual Barbie doll for reference. 😮

I love listening to him talk. I love his enthusiasm and his knowledge.

I recoiled so hard at the thought of cadaver skin being injected into the lips. What a way for me to start the day.

That commentator needs to check their facts. Anastasia Shpagina has been really open about her rhinoplasty, she showed the whole recovery process on her youtube channel, and when it turned out that the operation was botched she and all of her friends were vocal about it, exposing the doctor, filing a lawsuit and going on a bunch of talk-shows. She eventually had the botched nose fixed and had her rib cut out for a graft, because the first surgeon literally destroyed most of her nose cartilage

Angelababy is extremely well-known in China (I would know—I was born there) and I loved her as a kid, but I never believed that she never had surgery. It’s pretty common in China, and it’s usually amazingly—frighteningly—well done. Mom has been trying to get my monolids done for the “natural Asian crease”, but I’m planning on quietly refusing. I fought with my appearance for much too long due to facial dysmorphia. I won’t let myself go down that hole of endless plastic surgeries, ever.

I've been told I look like a Barbie my whole life. At 36 the only thing I've done to my face was 1 syringe of lip filler this year. I have never seen anyone look like a Barbie from these procedures. Barbie doesn't even look like that. I honestly feel sorry for these people because body dysmorphia is awful.

More like a Bratz doll, without the extra large head!

As someone with a naturally small and narrow nose, I can confirm : it's not confortable at all. As a kid/teenager I was always at the doctor for problems of runny nose and difficulties to breathe through my nose. Even as an adult, it's still annoying and I often have sinusite and other nose related illness/discomfort. A doctor even suggested to go through surgery to make my nose bigger but the chances it would improve things were quite slim...
The moral of the story : extra thin noses are not worth it at all. It's a lifetime of discomfort.

The doctors who allow patients to continue their insanity to the point that they are spooky at sight, need to have their licenses reviewed at the very least. It’s really irresponsible.
