Madonna's a rare celebrity who was famous for decades but no one can hold onto being super A list forever. She will always be admired for her decades of stardom. I’m in my 60’s and I think it’s ridiculous how much time and worry some women my age spend on their appearance every day. It’s because society has programmed them to see their appearance as their only worth. It’s sad. Stay clean and as healthy as you can and live your life. Can you image how much better the world would be if people spent half the time and money they spend on themselves on helping other people?

We all know especially those of us who grew up with her, this isn’t her face… Why is the obvious even a question? I mean hey if she’s happy then no judgement. But let’s not front about it. I do miss the old Madonna and I wish she could have felt more comfortable in her own skin it would have maybe helped some of her fans.

-I had a double mastectomy recently and I’m going through the reconstruction process. I really don’t know how people do this on purpose to themselves wo an illness or something. That amazes me actually! I’m miserable right now! I hope doing reconstruction was the right choice for me. Blah only 4 weeks in too. Still have a long time before I feel somewhat normal again, plus another surgery. 🥵

On photos she looks great, but on videos, there is something weird about how she moves her face, I can't explain it. But, as long as she is happy, that is all fine. I am more amazed by ladies who don't appear to have something "done" or maybe they did but it's totally invisible, and still look their age but in best ways possible, like Sharon Stone, Marisa Tomei or Charlotte Rampling. I would like to age as any of those three or all (since they are all different ages), nothing is sexier than person who always looks confident.

Thank you for this video! I've always loved Madonna from the time I was 3 years old! It's not surprising to me that she may have had work done, most people in Hollywood do. There's a lot of internal and I would say mostly external factors that play a role in deciding to have cosmetic surgery. To each their own I say, if you can afford to have it done by a safe and trusted surgeon then why not. I also find it beautiful when people choose not to get work done. I'm 35 and sometimes contemplate having some work done, but I just try to have a good diet and skin care routine for now, also exercise definitely helps the body to hold on the the longevity of appearing younger looking.

She had three main face lifts if you study her face starting from 1982 when she first showed up and into 1990s (the first one done), then another one in early 2000s and recently now with what she looks in 2020s. She also had eyelid surgery for her ptosis left eye and fillers... lots of fillers. Madonna has had many work done since the age of early 30s.

The most ridiculous part about her face is her lips. Way too many fillers. Fillers are meant to be subtle!! C'mon now...
