I run this exact setup with chilled water
Got the chiller for 150 off eBay and just have a 10l plastic water drum next to it with an eheim pump pushing water to pc.
Works out cheaper to do this than to 2 large radiators and fans.
The bonus is in the winter I can run my water at 11 degrees for 62 package temp Prime95 @5.3ghz.

Destroying the rumor in one second: When you put a dedicated GPU, the iGPU gets disabled. Unless you change that option manually on BIOS after installing the dedicated GPU.

Having tested 2 9900K and 3 9900KF cpu's last year, the KF cpu's were all lower than both K series cpu's in power consumption and temps. The difference was not huge, but it supported the myth that KF cpu's tend to be slightly better. The only consolation to having the IGPU is for Quick Sync.
