For anyone wondering about healthy syrup alternatives; I personally recommend mixing PB2 (or any other similar peanut powder) and water until it's the same consistency as any other syrup you'd normally put on your pancakes. Great protein low calories!

¾ scoop (25 g) vanilla whey/casein blend 50/50 blend. I mix 12.5g of whey and 12.5g of casein together
¼ cup (20 g) oat flour ⁣⁣
1 ⅓ tbsp (10 g) tapioca flour⁣⁣ or cornstarch
1/4 tsp (1 g) baking powder ⁣⁣
¼ cup (60 g) liquid egg whites⁣⁣
⅓ cup (75 g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt ⁣⁣

I use the full 25g of Whey Protein in my mix, but I also add 2 tablespoons of Powdered PB in the dry mix. I use Almond milk instead of water and I put in blueberries inside of the pancake when I'm cooking them. I'd say it increases the calories to about 400 and protein to 42g. Been eating that ever since. Thanks for the video.
