Mike: thoughts on dairy not working well with some people? Eg: acne, bloating, slow digestion, lethargy, etc. can it be treated the same way you view carbs? What is your view on this?

I lift Hard and heavy but I dont even look good (just barely), been on keto and carnivore 0 gr carbs, have gained some decent mass, but I miss the carbs, My body suddenly needed them, I look great when I play it by ear, ill carb with just 25 to 30 grams and stick with it.

Cheers and THANKS

Just wondering at your age and numbers of years of lifting ( I am a 58 Army Vet exercising and lifting since 16) how much muscle do you intend to gain in the next 4-6 months? Since you stated that you have not focused much in gaining muscle what steps would consider given the your metabolic rate is not same as in your 20’s or 30’s. FYI I took me 2-3 months to get to the right place in terms of volume in the gym, cardio and calorie intake, including carbs and fats. As we all know I focus on my calorie intake pre and post workout. I was given the opportunity to switch my cardio to strictly swimming laps twice a week and it help to gain additional joint flexibility.
