That’s pretty high quality pecking duck.
The quality of pecking duck depends on the crispiness and thickness of its skin with soft and moisture meat inside that shows you how it got cooked and how good quality of duck it is.
I’d say pecking duck, in the most of normal Chinese restaurants, is middle quality and pecking ducks in food market are low quality.

Bobo’s was
A: cheaper
B: the best Chinese food in Las Vegas
C: very fast and workers were nice
It sucks that places like… this stay up but smaller places with better food shut down.

This duck is outstanding, crispy skin and juicy super tender meat . Chef serve it himself to you. It’s definitely cost the money 😊

Wait, so you’re being asked to pay $50 more for water to make soup?

It's not high quality until it's blessed with salt from elbow.

That’s BS that they charge so much to use the rest of the duck that you already paid over $100 for? So you pay for the labor and a few veggies to make your soup and lettuce cups when it’s cooked 3 ways at Real Authentic Chinese restaurant in cali or Ny? And even better in Canada? Ridiculous
