You are individually responsible for not always pulling low numbers though. The occasional shitty day is fine, but if you’re regularly under 50 it’s on you to change that. Expecting someone else to cover you is a bad habit and forms a crutch.

She's missing the point of her claim. The key is COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR SPOUSE. Why complicate and quantify? You realize someone's "20" isn't the same as someone else's "20", then you gotta make a chart and rules. Just say how you feel, how your day was, what you want, how you can help, what you expect and boom, you work together with respect and kindness and love lol. Not this bs.
