Change Your File and Folder Attributes Using the Attribute Changer GUI

If you need to change file or folder attributes such as date created, modified or accessed, it's easy to do so with the free Attribute Changer app. You can also do things such as apply changes to the contents of a folder or change file names to uppercase, lowercase and sentence case etc.

Here is how you can use Windows PowerShell to change attributes from the command line.

This is perfect, thankyou. Link in description is good, upon download and install it's done, new item in right-click context menu "Change Attributes" there. The Details Tab is not available for changing attributes for folders like it is for files. Because month names aren't alphabeticalized naturally, and I had created some folders such as February later in the year, it wouldn't sort by date, so I used this handy program to reorganize my subfolders in chronological order of month.

This did not work for me. I got the window to change all the attributes. clicked apply and ok. But then reopened the file and all the attributes were the originals. I uninstalled the app

Anyone know how to undo it I was trying to short cut it and mass copy the attributes but ended up changing the originals to be all the same as the first folder so I need to undo it anymore know how to

I change the date of my video and everything looked fine BUT when I sent it via e-mail it changed back to the original date :(
