I discovered this myself long before any of this information was available, and I figured out how to do it gently. I wouldn't be nearly so far in my healing if I hadn't. It's really amazing if you do it correctly.

I've been gradually using the Rock Pod Glides to do the sliding cupping treatment on myself. It has been highly effective and I've improved in so many ways. Combined with yoga and foam roller work my aches and pains have diminished significantly.
In particular, feet, shins, calves and IT bands responded brilliantly to the cupping AND both my shoulders and the occiput released loads of tension. Plus my lumbro-sacral area is a lot better too.
I do a session about every 5 days with the cupping. I am looking for a Structural Integrationist near me but there aren't many in the UK.

This lady was my go to until I realized. She says the same thing every video and her videos never last more than a few min... says to me, she has no more worth while info . Entirely a reach out to a in need demographic with minimal information to get people in need to pay me for info. Don't do this just come down to my office. Most people with myofascial pain would want to help anyways, acting to straight forward while giving the same mediocre info takes away from where you're coming from.
Basically a :Don't do this just come down to my office video.
