Regarding the topic of CEOs, this assumes we should see equal outcomes. This is a fallacy. Microaggressions are anything supported by personal feelings. There is nothing objective to it, thus cannot be dealt with by the rule of law, without infringing on others rights. Yes, talk, communicate, express your feelings, but recognize that feelings do not define reality.

When we are not at work then all we have to do is not shop there anymore, no longer be a part of that school or wherever club, block that channel, unsubscribe, no longer leave comments, call or text them etc. etc. At work you cannot. Calling out a racist at work who has in the past been friendlier to you than others working there up until then if you are a woman could make matters worse if it is a narcsissistic boss. If other people working there longer have already warned you about them then the best thing to do instead is to just look for another job early on. When you do apply for work elsewhere make sure that you inform your prospective employer about whom he could call from your current place of work as your reference (instead of that boss).

If you want to be the CEO of a company that means more than likely you or a person should/would need to start their own company and run it. We shouldn't beg others for certain positions or feel that we should be granted certain positions regardless of work ethic. Once we start to have a "do for self mentality" then these things will change. Build for self, hire your people, spend with each other, market for each other etc. Then we will have change. We have to make it not ask for it.

🐍🐀The revolt was opportunistic in saying that it is concerned with the racial issue, to which Eminem will answer. He took the opportunity to say in the Billboard interview that Eminem is a guest to the black community. If that had happened before George Floyd's death, Eminem certainly wouldn't have apologized ...

I couldn't tell you whether a "micro-aggression" that you would normally face day to day or in the workplace would be considered racist or not. I chalk most of these passive type slick behaviors up to nepotism/favoritism in the work place. Now unless they say some sort of covert derogatory slick subliminal shit that's more clear then, sure.. But you can most definitely chalk that behavior up to the person trying to get a rise out of you for their own amusement or because they feel threatened by you. Now in my experience these passive and micro aggressive behaviors can become overwhelming because they are hard to prove conclusively. So yes. I agree, call them out. Check them hoes on sight. I try to...
The 1st time address it & ask to not be spoke to in such a manner. The 2nd time I ask if they have anything that they would like to get off of their chest; if no, then to kindly keep me out of their conversation. Then the 3rd time is when I decide to get ignorant. I don't really care for the fuckery at all but I'm with the ignorance if the want to see some one act a fool

What kind of gangsta/alpha have you become if something like microaggressions are really keeping you down?! Have you listened to or read about CEOs? If you can’t handle microaggressions, then THAT’s the biggest clue you got that you don’t have the character strength of mind to become a CEO. They do REAL battle, they deal with MASSIVE stresses constantly—and they like it. Battle is play for real warriors. In their strength they roll with the punches and don’t go psycho violent; they push through, they overcome, they win. No one gave them that position. They did not win without struggle. Welcome to REAL life—for everyone—throughout history. While microaggressions are real, and wrong, and should be brought to light as such, this video coddles, weakens and infantilizes the Black community by framing m.a. as if it’s a real reason why they are not achieving. It took chains and whips to keep your ancestors down, but they still rose up. Who are you? What have you become?! —that now all it takes is m.a. to keep you down?! You know this is fake. Don’t care whose mouth this video comes from (—and to you who’s giving this, think about what you’re doing to your own). This video should be about how to deal with m.a. and overcome it. It should teach you how to become strong, not how to become weak—and stay weak, justifying your weakness... And what kind of society has America become where we are down to microaggressions as constituting oppression! There are 5 black CEOs. You have no excuse. It proves it can be done. Study them. Have hope. Be strong. Get knowledge. Be good (not selfless). Those CEOs didn’t have to fight against whips, they didn’t have to fight for civil rights, they didn’t have to break laws or make new laws. Those foundations have ALREADY been laid. Now be of strong mind and make use of your freedom, like these CEOs did.

Perhaps a higher level of education, skills, and experience have a role to play?
