Sir I’m proud of you! I thought it was Mexican until I realized what made that, me. Dad is Irish & Portuguese my mom is native & French English! I had my first racial encounter. I stepped outside for some fresh air w/ my dad & some person buying from the local dealer literally made the Mexican yell, militia known as “El Grito” & half way his voice cracked & drove off fast into the street, so we laughed harder at him still concerned on who was around witnessing but he was black and white..I don’t get it. Racism didn’t exist until it was respoken about. Had us confused, ended up with a life lecture about safety on foot & net/media! Scary world, sad but always interesting. First time viewer here, amazing video! I’m subbing💯🤍

One of our directors never says hi to a black worker or even talk to them but always does it to white, is that racisms? We all noticed at work

If my boss is talking to me about a a problem and she says... not everyone is thuglife and things like you but I don't have tattoos or say anything about anything but work and mess up sometime but I thought she judged me by me being Mexican... what is that called

What about religious discrimination? And not only islamophobia, and antisemitism, but ehat about discrimination against Pagans of all creeds? Ive received comments at work i find a bit offensive in reference to my own faith in the Norse pantheon.

If I self identify as black even though i dont appear black I should be able to claim racial discrimination? Have plaintiff lawyers lost the use of reason?
