Definitely on pointe wirh thr hunger, what youd recommended is bestcfor at night. I have been having a drink of Kefir. Or an high protein almond "milk". Because im afraid to eat anything heavily at night. Those hunger pangs in am and pm are pretty annoying though. But thank you much for bringing this up. I was starting to think. Maybe i need to add more food in my day. But i already eat enough for the amount of calories i already burn.

I am going to boot camp 3 times a week and tracking calories, scales say I've lost some weight but I don't see it 😭😭 what is going on? Why is this? I've been at it for a little over a month
