So happy I found you! I swear my fibromyalgia is from forward head posture in my teens, I'm 34 now. Been trying to correct my posture gradually for years now but just the few tips I got in this video helped so dramatically with my pain and tension. Thank you 😊

Have been watching lots of your videos since suffering with eustachian tube dysfunction following flu, but have also had real pain and soreness in and around ear that just wouldn't go away - never realized or been informed by medical practitioners that forward head posture affects tmj, which is where the problem lies as since following your posture advice and exercises it has helped tremendously. Thank-you so much!

You're pretty awesome. I've had right shoulder problems since forever and it's caused by overuse of the mouse on the computer, YEARS with no relief. I wish you were my doctor.

I wish I saw this sooner I’ve been suffering with TMJD for almost a year and have spent a fortune on physio, dentist fees orthodontists mouth guards etc physio has helped a bit but after awhile it wasn’t improving much I was told I’d just have to live with some of it and my jaw would never be the same and the tinnitus id get used to... I couldn’t accept that so I kept doing research and a lot of people suggested an upper cervical chiropractor which I reached out to last week and he said a lot of what you did which was that I have forward head posture and he believes is the root cause he believes he can fix it I wanted to search more in depth about it and came across your videos man if I saw this sooner I could have saved my wallet thousands of dollars 😂

I have been seeing a Chiropractor for tingling and burning in the left side of my face. Its been going on for over 3 months. (Before seeing him I had an MRI to check for things like MS but these were ruled out). He thinks its TMJ issues. I do clench a bit at night and had a stressful start to the year which may well have triggered it. from your experience, is tingling and burning common in TMJ issues? just from reading around, it seems pain and clicking is more indicative? I do believe my chiropractor but worry I'm missing something as its not a classic case. My jaw does click a bit but the issues I have are just a constant tingling and burning sensation that feels like its in the skin, concentrated around the TMJ area. Thanks!
