US Army Field Gear in WWII

A look at my collection of Field Gear from WWII.

The US Army entered WWII with mainly left overs from WWI. while some interwar developments took place, low budgets during the 20a and 30s prohibited large procurement of new equipment. Upon entering the war, rapid development of new Equipment took place, but the old equipment did see use throughout the entirety of the conflict and even into the Korean War.
