Kid prayers are hilarious and so wholesome. My brother use to say "Please bless the hotel and the hotdogs" because whenever family and friends come over, they stay at a hotel and everyone goes swimming, and the hotdogs because his favorite show was Micky Mouse Clubhouse and they sing that hotdog song.

But 2. This is a perfect example of how irrational fears are helped by irrational solutions, rather than rational ones.
An adult would try to say “Oh don’t worry, that can’t happen!” but for a kid, things that “can’t happen” happen every day. But likewise, if that could happen, well why couldn’t their friend’s dad be a wizard who would help them be big again?
This even applies to adults. Just look at people deep in right-wing stuff or flat earth stuff. All the stats and proof in the world doesn’t shake them.

Everything about this is so cute omg it reminds me of the time I was having really bad anxiety as a kid because my stomach was hurting. The anxiety got so bad one day that I finally opened up to my best friend and she was just like “it’s okay, you’re probably just having contractions.” She obviously didn’t know what contractions were but hearing this made me so at ease and my stomach magically stopped hurting (because it was hurting from the anxiety of it hurting in the first place 😭)

I had to check what that playmobil house was and holy shit. when I was a kid I wanted that house and was so jealous of this friend who had it
(I had an older wooden dollhouse inherited from my mom which in retrospect is so much better but as a kid you don't appreciate stuff like that. that being said the playmobil house is still awesome)
