👋🏾new 2 ur channel a couple of weeks ago just make the vegan ground beef today and it was Good came out perfect. I make a vegan ground beef before, but I like ur method better, b/c how u mix the seasoning in the oil first then mix it in the cauliflower and mushrooms. I make a burrito with the ground beef.😋 Will be making the spicy tofu burger tomorrow. Ty! 4 sharing ur recipe 👏🏽💕

I will try your recipe once I get all my ingredients, one question can I use maple syrup instead ? I don’t use brown sugar or maybe palm sugar ? I wonder if this is overly sweet for a savory dish, I don’t like sweet a little is ok I thought this was a lot of brown sugar for my taste but your recipe looks amazing I like the spices you are using in this recipe, sugar can always be reduced . Thanks

I am new to your channel. This veggie ground beef looks delicious and easy. I lokecall the ingredients except two. I haven't had sugar for over 15 years and i am allergic to soy sauce. What other sweetner could i use and could use liquid amino or acqufaba instead of soy?
