"Did you know your glutes are connected to your shoulders?
The opposite glute and lat are connected via fascia over the low back. Stretching this sling can improve motion in both the hip and shoulder. Using the FRC 90/90 position, externally rotate the shoulder, reach up and across the body as you lean forward. Then round out your back for the final touch. Congratulations. You've found your lats and glutes."
