Trump is NOT gagged from defending himself or testifying. He is gagged from threatening/defaming the jury, witnesses or any of the court faculty or their family members. And that is what Trump has been doing. THAT is what the media should be stressing regarding the case. It would also help if they fact checked his claims/ lies.

I think because Stormy Daniels was a surprise witness, Trump's legal team should have approached the judge and ask for a list of questions that was going to be asked of the witness. This was a My Cousin Vinny moment! 😂😂😂

It will be better if judge send him to jail everyday after court and do not let him go home.
