One of the most important things that you'll have to overcome in a sales interview is the dreaded unexpected role play where the interviewer asks you to sell them something.

They may ask to you pretend you're on a sales call, may pretend you're in a store, or on a car lot. One question I often asked my sales recruits was to sell me a stapler. This demonstrates their knowledge of sales process, objection handling and how they execute sales scripts. It works in both B2B and B2C situations.
