I live in the same town as Bev, ketchikan Alaska. She constantly steals people's menu items lmao. She also used her hells kitchen card as a resume when she first moved here. I dont think she realizes that just because you were on hells kitchen, doesnt mean you can cook.

I think people are missing the context when he is amazed by the Soufflé. He is amazed that Scott was able to make one in a short amount of time .
