The Malamar build is just so funny, especially if you swap Reflect for Swagger to drop its Attack two stages AND confuse it after the Skill Swap. Thank you for all you do!

Great guide and build advice!! I've been looking forward to this build. I ended up using my Iron Hands to take down Incineroar last week. Initially I had a HP/ATK build, after a couple failed runs I swapped for HP/DEF, and then finally ended up with the additional little bit of speed after seeing a number of people suggesting it. Worked like a charm! I ended up catching my Incineroar in a Luxury Ball because after the amount of failed attempts I went through with this guy (mostly from getting taunted and having to reset) it felt fittingly kingly ahaha

Following this to a T, but can't win unless one of the other pokemon has Intimidate. Between getting burned, and receiving critical hits, it seems like the RNG is out to get me

i’m pretty sure you can use focus energy first turn since it isn’t removed by the stat reset.

I found Infernape works well Tera type: fighting Moves: Drain Punch, Taunt, Bulk Up, and egg move focus energy Held Item: Expert Belt I went with an Impish Nature an 25 HP Ups, 25 Irons, and 7 Muscle Feathers

If you're still using the Malamar build do NOT exit the raid if you get taunted. If you swap Reflect for Topsy Turvy you can go for TeraBlast the first three turns (Incin will Bulk Up), then Skill Swap before you die turn 4. Once you're back just Topsy Turvy the Bulk up stat boosts to turn them into stat drops and then fighting tera Superpower go brrr. Hope this helped and good luck on your raids!

I followed this guide, but I didn't want to re-stat my Iron Hands, so I just dropped his HP by 20IVs and threw them into speed, to make it like a 232HP, 252Att and 20Speed (I can't remember where the last 4 points are) and I beat it faster than Osirus did. Same move order, but you take it down so much faster, the only time I got close to death was after a Crit Flare Blitz took me to 32HP

I will say though I had an Arcanine who kept dropping the Att of it, and it got burned during the battle, so maybe thats why my build went much faster without any real risk

These raids are not fair. There's no reason the pokemon should get to go twice whenever it feels like you gain the advantage....

Thank you for this! This was by far the most easiest 7 star terra raid battle... I was surprised that the Incineroar one shotted my Iron Hands towards the ending but it was too late for it as I already done effective damage to it lol. I caught Incineroar with a Luxury Ball just in case I want to breed it & share its first form, Litten as a surprise wonder trade.

Great build osirus. Got it on my second try. I noticed that if you use a second iron defense incineroar will spam Darkest Lariat instead of flare blitz for anyone worried about getting burned. I’ve done 5 raids since the initial one and is been the same ever since.

will it not stop using flare blitz if you go to +4 defence? it does when i use zapdos with enough bulk ups, it makes it a lot nicer not worrying about burns.
