Here are 3 NPCs you must trade with in pokemon scarlet and violet. In pokemon scarlet and violet there are 3 npcs that can trade with you. One NPC is in Cortondo and trades you Snom for Flabebe. Another NPC to trade with is in Levencia and she trades you a Pinchuchin for a Haunter that evolves into Gengar! In Cascarafa there is a NPC that trades you Paldean Wooper for Johto Wooper!
