Very similiar to what my Shorin Ryu sensei tortured us with. I didn't expect to find a blast from the past, but I will certainly be incorporating this routine.

Hello. My name is Jacob, I am a first degree brown belt in shotokan karate, and my goal is to do this workout everyday for a as long as I can. I’m not in the shape I should be and I have my second degree test coming up and I’m trying to prepare for it. I’m going to reply to this comment after every workout and I might give my progress in a month or so. I don’t care about likes or anything, this is just a incentive to keep me on track. So just for good measure, it’s the 22nd of February and I just did it for the first time and I struggled mainly with the planks. I’ll be back tomorrow.

Squats, torso, shoulders ... you have the right emphasis and lots of repetition with punching / blocking variations for muscle memory and conditioning. These are tougher than they look.
