What I have learned from experience at the Fashion Institute of Technology University. When it comes to coding, what are your strengths?

Thank you for sharing this!! I use RPG Maker MV and Ace! but, now trying to advance... to using GG or Game Guru Max! It's much more realistic 3D than any RPG Makers! Easy to use still, and very minimal code or scripting. Actually not even necessary....I haven't made anything in it yet, just watching lots of demo, building mechanics, how to text dialogue and teleport player stuff!

Not very informative, no mention of:
1. Supported script language.
2. Most suited for 2D or 3D or both.
3. Price, fee

Personally I think Godot and CryEngine should be on the list. Also Unity supports more target platforms than Unreal.

I use Blender as it makes the most sense . S to scale, R to rotate, G to grab, ctrl P to parent also you can drag your texture and drop it on your mesh . However in version 2.8 and above they got rid of the game engine. I have Unreal on my computer I also have Godot and they are beautiful but hard to understand after working with Blender but I have tried almost everything out there Shiva, Copper Cube, J Monkey, Game maker, Rpg Maker, Lumber Yard you name it Blender is the only one that works for me . I was going to try Unity again but I am having trouble getting the license. Long story to say I am looking for people to help me make some games. I have a few in the works .

Picking the game engine is less important than actually picking one and starting. If you waste time trying to decide on a game engine, you may never start so you never learn any of them. Just pick your first one then get going. You can change based on your own knowledge later on.
