I saw a screenshot of an early windows 3.0 build that still had ms dos executive but windows 3.0 window styling. I wish it was included here

Builds do exist for windows 2, they're rare and leaked builds do 100% exist however not easily available. but tbh.. it always felt like a service pack whereas 3.0/3.11 were the next gen versions of windows.

The final version was November 8, 1993. I don't know where the crap you're getting 2001.
